So if any food falls in - like sauce or hamburger juices - it can be a pain to clean it out. It also does not have prongs over it like the smaller sized Solo Stoves do, so. Even then, I 'd just recommend cooking in pots or pans, not straight over the flame (again, to avoid any hard-to-clean foods falling in).
